Returns

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.

If your order has already been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Customized Kit Policy (Name/Number)

Please note that any kit customized with a name, number, or patches is non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:


  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • The item must be returned with the original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for non-custom items.

Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, simply contact us and we will provide a return address and offer a replacement or refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:


  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).

  • The item is a customized kit (name/number), unless damaged or defective.

  • Returned items show signs of wear, washing, or are missing original packaging.
